Cancellation:

If you notify the customer service to cancel the order before shipping, we will refund you within 1-2 working days. If you cancel the order after shipping, we need 5-7 working days to intercept the package. If the interception is successful, you will get a refund within 1-2 days. If the interception is not successful, please contact us after receiving the package.

 

Return & Exchange:

  1. 1. Conditions of return

(1)Return period:You have the right to exchange your goods within 30 days after you received your order.

(2)Applicable circumstances:

Please contact customer service before returning the product so that we can make record, any return or exchange without prior application will not be accepted. Unrecorded returns will not be processed in time.

Provided that all items are returned in the same condition you received them upon delivery. This means that the goods must not have been damaged, soiled, washed, changed, or worn (other than to try on the product), and that all tags and labels are attached (where appropriate) and intact.

(3)When contacting customer service to return the goods, please inform us of the returned product, the number of pieces and the reason for the return so that we can record it.

 

2、Return process

Step 1: Contact customer service email, we will reply within 24 hours and give the return process.

Step 2: You need to send the package within one week after getting the return process and inform the return tracking number by email.

Step 3 (if exchange): We will receive the package within one week after you send it out and send the replacement product within 1-2 working days. If necessary, please contact customer service to obtain a new tracking number.

 

3、Return address: Please contact customer service email to obtain the return address.

 

4、Return shipping fee

 

(1)You will be responsible for the return shipping costs for normal returns. If it is a replacement, we will pay the sending cost of the new product.

(2)If it is our mistake that caused the wrong product to be sent, we will bear the return shipping cost. You can choose the shipping method by yourself and provide us with the freight invoice, and we will refund the freight for you after receiving the returned package.

 

Refund

(1) We will return the money to your payment account within 1-3 working days after receiving the returned product. Normally, it will be credited on the same day.

(2) If you do not receive the refund in time, please contact our customer service to inquire.
